Self-sufficiency

The Self-Sufficiency Roadmap: to know what to do, you need to know where you’re going and how far you’ve come. This roadmap will help give you the steps you need to focus on to become self-sufficient and live that dream life.

Time-saver cleaning checklist

Two of the biggest time sucks: cleaning and meal preparation. This checklist is customizable to your home and schedule. By writing it out, you know what you need to do and your brain can focus its energy elsewhere while you keep up the clean.

The Meal Planning Guide: meal planning doesn’t have to suck. Take it from someone who could never make it work until I developed this system for real-life and real-food moms. Transitioning your diet? Going processed to homegrown? Allergies or picky eaters? No time and no f*cks? Put in the prep work (aka follow this guide) and you’ll no longer be cursing feeding the herd at meal time!

The Declutter Challenge: a member favourite! A visually overwhelming space creates overwhelm in your mind, causing stress, anxiety and difficulty focusing. Ever feel like you have to organize or “clean up” before you start something? Grab your bestie or a few friends and tackle the clutter. Creating a more functional and visually calming space makes cleaning up take mere moments and will allow you to function with a less stressed brain.

Shopping Cheatsheet: when you’re shopping whole foods, it’s good to know where you might want to source better. Look for local, farm-grown produce and speak to the farmer who grows your food (if not you!).
