Dates Versus Processed Sugar

Dates are a delicious snack and also pack a nutritious punch. High in antioxidants (prevent or reduce signs of aging). They’ve got fiber and iron, potassium, magnesium and B6, just to name a few.

That translates to the health benefits of: relieving constipation, a natural energy boost, control blood pressure and cholesterol. They’re fantastic for pregnancy and help keep your intestinal microbe in tiptop shape.

If you want an alternative to processed sugar, look no further than whole dates!

What’s not to love, especially pairing them with chocolate!
